I have been an active supporter of anti-bullying for more than 2 years and have met many people online who have lost a child. As a bullying survivor and previously suffering from suicidal thoughts, I can relate all too well to the children we lose. It's not fair by any means. Losing you is a constant reminder that tomorrow is never promised, and life should be enjoyed to the fullest each and every day.  I've spoken with your mother a few times over the past few weeks and its helped a lot, you being gone has really been hitting me hard lately. I've wished a thousand times over that something could have been done to save you that day... But I know it cant. You taught people so much about themselves when you left us, and I think you know that. You taught those awful people a lesson, no one should have had to endure what you did. And to me, I don't know exactly what happened to you, and I probably never will. I'm not sure that I want to. But I know one thing is for sure, you left us far too soon. 14 years old is nothing! I know if you were the 23 year old woman you are supposed to be today, you'd still probably be one of the most well adjusted, confident people I've ever known. Thank you for everything you've ever done for me. I love you Jess. Happy birthday.
